What is BundlePro?

With BundlePro, you can bundle documents together, insert placeholders, create a final searchable PDF document with paginated index pages, watermarking, custom page stamping, colour coded sections and a lot more.

Established in 2005, FileMan's core focus as a software service is to help law firms reduce risk and cost of managing Clients' sensitive information.

BundlePro is the prime example of their dedication to the legal industry. Born by collaboration with firms and built up with the knowledge of employees' pain points such as labour-intensive administration and strict court requirements. BundlePro is a software designed by you and built by us.

What type of support does BundlePro offer and what does it cost?

BundlePro provides industry-leading client support, including Helpdesk, access to LEAP University for training videos and email support. All BundlePro resources are included, free at no extra cost, for BundlePro users.

What browsers is BundlePro compatible with?

BundlePro is tested against and supports the following desktop browsers. To ensure you have the best possible BundlePro experience, BundlePro recommends using the current major release of any of the following Internet browsers:

How to access BundlePro

From the LEAP interface, click on the ‘BundlePro’ button on your ribbon.

How do I activate?

To access the LEAP Marketplace and enable BundlePro:

o Click the LEAP Menu > Apps. o A list of all available apps will be displayed. o Click on the BundlePro app to view a more detailed description. o Click Enable activate the app.

How do I add additional users, and will I be charged?

There are no extra or ongoing costs for setting up additional users.

To add additional users, select ‘My Account’ in your user account section in the top right of the screen. Then select Add/Edit Users. Then select ‘Create User’. Then add the email and name of the new account holder and select the role you wish to allocate.

How do the different user roles differ?

• Super admin – Has full rights to create and delete other users (as you are now).
• Admin – Can create users but not delete them.
• User – Has user functionality only and can't create or delete users.

When do I get charged and when is the cost recovery posted?

The initiation of the charge is generated when you select ‘create bundle’, in turn once this happens the bundle cost will be disbursed to your client's ledger.

How does OCR work?

This option generates your document in an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) format. This is technology that enables you to convert different types of documents, such as scanned paper documents, PDF files, text messages, into editable and searchable data. This process can take 3-4 minutes, depending on the size of your bundle.

How do I stop BundlePro from disbursing the cost to my client's ledger?

Simply notify us in writing that you would like to do so, and we will modify this for your firm.

Can I create more than one bundle for a matter?

Yes. Select the BundlePro Icon in the top left of the workspace, then select ‘Create Bundle’. Creating a new bundle via the Bundle List screen will incur another bundle fee. A cost recovery will be posted to your matter's client ledger.

Many of the changes I made in the global settings are not appearing in my bundle. Why?

• When you make changes to the global/section/document settings or add/delete documentation, the bundle does need to be generated again. Once you generate the bundle, your updated settings/documents will be applied
• To update the Index you simply need to generate and you are not charged for generating your bundle

What hardware or software do I need to use BundlePro?

BundlePro is entirely browser software. This means you do not require any additional software.

How can I move documents?

• You can drag and drop all your individual files. This can be done by selecting the document and dragging it into place and then releasing it.
• You also have the ability to cut and paste individually or in bulk

What type of documents can be imported into BundlePro?

Your software can work with many types of files. These include, Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Note, Visio, Cad, HTML Pages, Photoshop, PDF, Email messages, text message images, photographs, and ZIP folders.
